The modern and well-designed Superior Triple Room with Sea View was a dream, offering stunning views and a cozy atmosphere. Plus, the proximity to the beach—with only a 5-minute stroll—made beach days effortless and enjoyable.

while the hotel might look modern, the lack of english-speaking staff was simply unacceptable. i also cannot comprehend how a hotel runs out of cheese! we definitely woudl ve been thrilled with a complimentary upgrade, considering the discomfort we experienced with that tiny pool. alas, the service didn't match the so-called quality of the hotel.

Guests faced issues with poor alcohol quality and inconsistent food temperature, particularly during busy meal times. Communication difficulties arise due to the limited English proficiency of the staff, making even basic questions a hassle. The housekeeping leaves a lot to be desired. often, it's just a quick bed-making without much else. And don’t even get me started on the scent of smoke lingering around. it's a real downer in otherwise decent areas.

The beach was lovely, with clean waters and comfortable sunbeds. The staff in the restaurant were attentive, especially Habib, who provided exceptional service and made our meals special. Our room was cozy and quiet, with a nice balcony to enjoy the views.

Staff members were friendly and eager to help. Still, the smoking smell lingered in public areas, which was a downside to an otherwise lovely stay.

The food was amazing with so many choices every day, and I really enjoyed my time at the spa, especially with the full-body massages and relaxing steam room. Just a heads up, though, the lighting in the common areas could be brighter at night, which made things a bit dim. I had a fantastic stay and would recommend trying the various food options! 😄
